Born in­­­­­ Pottstown, ­­­­Pennsylvania, Brendan Haren moved to Bentonville from Cincinnati, Ohio. Brendan came to Thaden from Hotel Covington where he was the executive chef. Working in the nation’s top hotels and restaurants for more than 17 years, Brendan loves to highlight a region’s local food offerings when creating a nutritious meal. Brendan holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.
