Kim Strickland

Chief Finance and Operations Officer

A native of Virginia, Kim worked with Walmart Stores Inc. for 30 years in a variety of roles within finance, internal audit, store operations, and merchandising. This work carried her to many parts of the world, including Japan, Germany, England, Brazil, and Argentina. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of Merchandise Operations at Walmart’s home office in Bentonville. Kim now serves as chair of the board of the Arkansas Philharmonic Orchestra and is an active advocate for the performing arts in Northwest Arkansas. Kim earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis on marketing from Coastal Carolina University in South Carolina.
