Austin Kerkhover

Athletic Trainer

Austin Kerkhover joins Thaden School from Bentonville Public Schools, where he served as an athletic trainer and taught high school courses in medical professions. Originally from Illinois, Austin attended the University of Missouri, where he competed in track and field. Austin’s passion for working with athletes and caring for others brought him to the University of Arkansas, where he worked as an athletic trainer with both collegiate and professional athletes. Austin holds a bachelor’s degree in general studies from the University of Missouri, a master’s degree in athletic training from the University of Arkansas, and a master’s degree in recreation and sports administration from the Western Kentucky University. He is a board certified and state licensed athletic trainer in Arkansas.
