Mollie Laws brings to Thaden a passion for service and local food. She previously worked for a Fayetteville-based ice cream company, Burton’s Creamery, and a Springdale-based catering company, Catering Unlimited. A native of Forrest City, Arkansas, Mollie attended the University of Arkansas, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in hospitality innovation.
